Phonebank

To ensure President-elect Joe Biden can pass the progressive legislation that young voters are asking for, we will be making calls in support of Rev. Raphael Warnock and Jon Ossoff for their Georgia Senate runoff elections.

We have daily phone banks from 4-6 pm ET and 6-8 pm ET.

At the beginning of your shift

• If you haven’t already set up a Slack account and gathered your materials, please do so!
• The calling moderator for the day, a staff member or volunteer leader, will post an announcement in Slack with the instructions on how to get started in the phonebank.
• Click the link of the call list. ThruTalk will then prompt you through next steps.

During Your Phonebank

A moderator will be available in the #calling Slack channel throughout your shift. Let us know how your calls are going or if you have any questions, comments, or concerns. We’d love to hear about your great conversations too! Make sure to keep separate notes for yourself to keep track of any updated information that you need to pass along to us in our After-Shift Form!

After Your Phonebank

1. Let your moderator know how your conversations went by posting in #calling.
2. Fill out our After-Shift Form to pass on any feedback, notes, or updated information you took while calling.
